The Administrative Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of transport administrative and back-office functions. This includes order processing, billing accuracy, expense management, vendor payments, accounts receivable tracking, and operational reporting to support daily trucking operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Documentation - Receive, verify, and process transport orders in the system; maintain accurate records and PODs.
Billing & Accounts Receivable (AR) - Prepare customer billing, monitor timelines, and reconcile with Finance.
Driver Expense & Accounts Payable (AP) - Verify driver expenses and coordinate vendor payments.
Reporting & Analysis - Generate weekly/monthly cost and performance reports for management.
Back-Office & Compliance Support - Maintain filing systems, ensure QEHS and audit compliance, and support admin needs.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
2-3 years' experience in transport administration or logistics operations.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/TMS systems (Sovy, Asolute, or similar preferred).
Strong attention to detail and communication skills; able to work independently.
Working hour:
5.5 days per week
