Job Description
HR generalist with minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment * High integrity and compliance
- Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Candidates that able to read and write in Mandarin will have added advantage
- Willing to relocate to Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan
- Responsible for staff welfare such as arrangement of workstation allocation & meal pack
- Responsible for office administration such as security and cleaning services, office upkeep & maintenance
- Responsible for door access device
- Responsible for HR Administration such as name card printing for staff, phone listing & etc
- Provide support in relevant audits
- Participate in event & project organized by HRA Function
- Support in any HR administration tasks as instructed by line manager
- 5 working day (Mon-Fri)
