  • Accept meeting room reservations, coordinate meeting time, issue meeting notices, and arrange meeting rooms.
  • Responsible for the front desk reception of the company, with basic Microsoft Office software operation ability, good communication skills and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented awareness, good image and temperament!
  • Complete other transactional tasks assigned by superiors.
