The candidate area of responsibilities include the following;
Recruitment, appointment & maintenance of HR matters
Assist / Execute recruiting plans and interviewing prospective candidates for each open position lower than Executive level.
To prepare all HR related letters, update all employee records and perform orientation for new employees.
Coordinate & perform (when applicable) all appraisal activities.
Assist in the discussion & proposal to HODs on upcoming Annual Training Plans based on analysis of appraisals, training needs & staff development.
Gather information on the latest External Training Modules and discuss with HODs & TM on suitable implementation.
Assist in conducting training & development process (individual or group)
Assist the development and execution of company events / activities to enhance team work and communication among employees in the group.
Monitor & report Daily Attendance.
Assist / Manage & follow-up on employee disputes & monitor employee motivation and provide motivational talks to improve performance of employee.
Assist / Conduct Domestic Enquiry, Counselling and Opportunity to Improve (OTI) sessions and other disciplinary procedures.
Monitor and advice on employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
Responsible to arrange the application (liaising with agents & government bodies), arrival, maintenance (Levy, insurance etc), well-being and departure (check out memo, flight arrangements) of all Foreign Workers (FW)
Assist / Manage relevance and up-to-date Employee Handbook & s for all positions in the group.
Administrative & Purchasing Duties
Perform HR related administrative tasks such as yearly holidays, annual leave, payroll summary, HRDF reimbursement applications etc.
Ensure renewal of licenses & permits.
To arrange weekly toll payment to Lorry Drivers
Get approval for payment arrangements to all Suppliers, Subcons and Utilities from TM and submit to Accounts Dept..
Ensure the monitoring, usage & storage for all stationeries.
To prepare & distribute all administrative related letters.
Follow-up and facilitate road tax, lorry permits for all group company vehicles.
Procurement of all types
Review & get approval for all Purchase Requisition (PR)
Issuance of Purchase Orders
Update Approved Supplier List (ASL)
Liaise with suppliers on delivery scheduling
Confirm with Production in ensuring goods and/or materials are checked against vendor\'s invoices, bills of lading, etc and monitor closely on quantity and quality of incoming materials
Issuance of NCR to suppliers for all rejected Raw Material orders (based on quantity & quality disputes)
Perform Periodic Evaluation for all Raw Material Suppliers
Required experience & qualifications
Possess a diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or relevant equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in human resource.
Good computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office, SQL).
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, fast learner & self-motivated.
Well versed in various labor legislation and HR tools and methods.
Good written and communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin.
