1.

Administrative Support



Assist in handling data entry, filing, and document organization. Schedule meetings and appointments. Assist with internal and external communication (emails, memos, phone calls). Maintain and update company records or databases.
2.

HR & Staff Support (if applicable)



Assist with screening resume and onboarding new employees or interns. Help organize team events or training sessions. Maintain employee attendance or leave records.
3.

Customer Interaction



Respond to

customer inquiries

via phone, email, live chat, or social media. Assist customers with

product information

,

order status

, and

service requests

. Handle

complaints or issues

politely and escalate them to senior staff when needed. Record and track customer interactions in the system or CRM tool.
4.

Order & Service Support



Help process

orders, returns, or refunds

according to company procedures. Follow up with customers to ensure their requests are resolved. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, technical support, sales) to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements



1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Office Management, or any related field

2. Fresh graduates or students in their final year are welcome to apply.

3. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or

Google Workspace

(Docs, Sheets, Slides).

4.Basic knowledge of

data entry

,

filing

, and

document management

.

5.Comfortable with email, phone communication, and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).

6.(Optional) Familiarity with simple accounting or HR systems is an added advantage.
