Job Responsibilities



Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence. Help organize and maintain company records, databases, and documentation. Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and supporting office activities. Provide general administrative support to the management and operations teams. Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements



Currently pursuing or recently completed a

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Duration:

Minimum

4 months

(longer durations preferred).
