• Engage regularly with employees and some vendors
• Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth office / facilities operations
• Support logistics related to travel, shipment and events
• Support new hire onboarding processes

• Currently enrolled in a non-engineering Bachelor undergraduate program
• Ability to communicate and organize effectively
• Solid teamwork and resourcefulness
• Experienced in event organization
• Experience in an extra-curricular leadership role is a plus
• A positive disposition would be an added advantage
