We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Admin
to join our team. The candidate will assist in handling day-to-day administrative tasks, support HR operations, and ensure smooth office management. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience who are eager to grow their career in administration and human resources.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of company documents, letters, and reports.
Manage filing systems (digital & physical) to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Support recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
Assist in employee onboarding and maintain employee records.
Prepare attendance, leave, and payroll-related reports.Handle office supplies, inventory, and general administrative tasks.
Provide support for HR-related events, training, and staff activities.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
1-2 years of working experience in administration and/or human resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Organized, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Team player with a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
