Manage employee meal subsidy programs and resolve related issues effectively.
2. Dormitory Management
Supervise the allocation, maintenance, and cleanliness of employee dormitories.
Address and resolve employee housing concerns while ensuring proper living standards.
3. Security Management
Manage the security team to ensure the safety of the facility and personnel.
Develop and implement security protocols, including visitor management and emergency response procedures.
4. Factory Sanitation & Environment
Ensure factory premises remain clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Work closely with the cleaning team to maintain a consistent cleaning schedule.
5. Administrative Operations
Develop and monitor budgets for administrative functions, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
Plan hospitality logistics for key visitors, including government officials and clients.
Oversee office management operations, including budgeting, equipment maintenance, and logistical support.
Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and support for operational needs.
Maintain administrative records and reports, providing timely updates to management.
6. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the administrative team, providing clear direction and support to achieve organizational goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement professional development initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative or facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Competent in using office software and tools for reporting and planning.
Knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
High sense of responsibility and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
