Job Description


1. Managing the Administration Tasks of the Day to Day Office work.
2. To support the quality and efficiency of the work of the office and its team and provide admin supports where needed such as fixing appointments, photocopy, scanning and filling.
3. Preparation of quotations, invoices, and data entry for the accounting system.
4. In charge of office cleaning schedule, ensure fair share of workload for Arrowians.
5. HR related matter such as process resume, entering and update employee\xe2\x80\x99s data in the system.
6. Greeting visitors, offering hospitality gesture, answer the incoming telephone calls and taking notes & action.
7. Organize and maintain diaries, including travel arrangements, staff meetings and other events.
8. Handle all relevant mail correspondence, archive and office supply activities in a timely manner as per the company\'s SOP and service level act.
9. Supervise ordering of supplies, stationery, equipment, furniture and fittings.
10. Responsible for maintenance of office equipment (copier, fax, shredder, etc.) and operating the repair/support services when necessary. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
