Must possess at least SPM, Diploma and Degree Certificate
Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English ( Mandarin is optional)
Compulsory have minimum 2 years experience in administration full spectrum and building maintanance & licensing company.
Posses own transport (Preferably motocycle)
Able to work in fast pace environment and independently
Malaysian only (Male)
Age limit : official 22 - 45 years old
Able to start work immediately
Good in using microsoft office and all administration system
Self starter, resilience and positive minded

Answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner in house and external
Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including ordering, checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times in organization
Traveling off-site for building maintenance arrangement and company licensing (When needed only)
Familiar with administration files and filling system. Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems accordingly
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary
Support full administrative and HR admin adhoc task
