Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

Proficient in Excel and MS Office is a must
Manage all-round general office administrative works

Provide all-rounded administrative support
Responsible for full spectrum of office administration functions including daily office administrative operations, office equipment procurement and facilities management
Maintain and update company files, records, databases and generate reports as needed
Engaging in work or tasks outside the office
Perform ad hoc tasks as required
