Backend support role to assist with administrative and operational tasks.
Handle all seller-related inquiries and coordinate with other internal teams
Monitor shipment performance and highlight any issues to relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
SPM / Diploma / Degree in a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
