Job Description

Responsible for company administration and daily operational support, including document management, meeting coordination, office operations, HR, and procurement support, ensuring efficient and orderly business operations. Suitable for candidates aged 30 and above with administrative or management experience.

Responsible for the organization and storage of company documents, reports, contracts, and archives.

Coordinate daily office operations (office supplies, equipment, maintenance, etc.).

Assist in the management of lease documents, company licenses, and related updates.

Handle correspondence, incoming and outgoing documents, and basic financial reimbursements.

Assist with company personnel administration, such as attendance, training, and employee records.

Support management meetings, reporting, and administrative arrangements.

Maintain good communication with external vendors and government departments.

Assist with administrative coordination and data recording for project or property teams.

Age 30+, college degree or above (Administration/Management/Business related field).

At least 3-6 years of administrative or office management experience.

Familiarity with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document filing processes.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with detailed management.

Ability to handle tasks independently, with stable work and a strong sense of responsibility.

Familiarity with real estate or construction company administrative processes is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
