1. Customer Service and day to day operation assistance
2. Dealing with Client for service proposal / quotation / order / contract
3. Manage company's registration with government bodies and potential client
4. Receive / attend complains / request from Client and workers
5. To keeps records all Client's SOP / Rules & Regulation.
6. Follow-up payment on behalf of account Dept.
7. Dealing with Client for insurance claiming for incident happens (if any)
8. Dealing with supplier (if any)
9. Dealing with Hostel Management
10. Preparation on service proposal, quotation, service order confirmation, reminder letter, and agreement for potential clients for group of companies' clients.
11. Responsible on preparation of company tender through e-perolehan system and any other related tender for the company.
12. To assist HOD for license renewal (JTK/KDN) documents preparation.
13. Controlling and keeping check of company's logistic
14. To prepare yearly KDN License renewal and to update in ESIMS system before expiry
15. To deal with Insurance Agent for yearly renewal & Client's Insurance claiming
16. To prepare any related letter /form/SOP & etc. for Client.
17. Motor vehicle insurance claiming
18. Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned by HOD from time to time.
Requirements:
1. To undertake and execute assign job to completion within the target dateline
2. To be punctual/in attendance
Qualification & Experience:
a) Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Adminitration or other related
discipline
b) Minimum 2 years experience in Administration task
c) Ability to handle confidential information.
d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
e) Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
