in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Human Resource, or related fields Candidates with

4. IT Skills & Knowledge



Proficient in

Microsoft Office

applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge or experience with

SQL Accounting

or other similar software is an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES1. Finance & Accounts



Prepare and manage documentation such as

quotations, pro-forma invoices, invoices, delivery orders, reports

, etc. Maintain proper

financial records, documentation, and filing

to support all accounting entries Assist with

accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, bank reconciliation, taxation

, etc. Prepare

payment vouchers, claims, data entry

, and other accounting-related tasks Manage operational reporting and ensure

monthly and annual financial reports

are prepared on time Ensure timely submission and accuracy of

financial and management reports

to relevant authorities Assist with

ad-hoc tasks, analysis, or assignments

from management

2. Administrative



Perform general administrative tasks such as

scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, handling visitors, ordering office supplies

, and ensuring smooth office operations Provide administrative support to management and work closely with the

operations team

Maintain and manage

office systems

, including IT and filing systems Handle

bills, utilities, and communication

with relevant agencies Manage all

agreements, contracts, licenses, registrations, and legal/official documents

Perform

ad-hoc duties

and tasks assigned by senior management Plan and execute

monthly company activities

, seasonal events, and internal programs
