About the Role:



Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in administration?

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Admin Officerto join our busy used car dealership team. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly -- from handling vehicle paperwork to supporting sales and customer service.*

What You'll Be Doing:



? Managing day-to-day office admin tasks (filing, data entry, emails, calls)

? Processing vehicle documents: registration, transfers, finance paperwork

? Maintaining accurate vehicle stock and customer records

? Supporting the sales team with invoices and deal files

? Scheduling test drives, inspections, and customer appointments

? Keeping the front office organized and welcoming for customers

? Using dealership systems to track vehicles and update listings

What We're Looking For:



1. 1-2 years of proven experiencein an admin or office support role
2.Experience in a used car dealership or automotive industry is a big plus

3. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

4. Excellent organization and attention to detail

5. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

6. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
