Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Handle

general office administration

and daily documentation Prepare

letters, reports, quotations and official documents

Maintain proper

filing system

(physical & digital) Assist in

government tender submission

, including: document preparation, compilation, deadline tracking Support

HR administrative matters

, including: staff records, leave tracking, basic payroll coordination, recruitment documentation Coordinate

transportation & delivery process

: delivery scheduling, liaising with drivers / transporters, basic delivery documentation Liaise with

suppliers, customers, and government departments

Provide general support to management as required

Requirements



Diploma / Degree in

Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field

At least 1-3 years

relevant working experience Familiar with

administration, documentation, and filing systems

Basic HR knowledge

(payroll, leave, staff records) Experience in

government tender submission

is an advantage Able to handle

multi-tasking and deadlines

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Good communication skills (written & verbal) Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience in

trading / machinery / logistics industry

is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
