Possess spoken and written knowledge in English and Bahasa Malay. Mandarin speaking and writing knowledge is an advantage.

Tanggungjawab Job Responsibilities:
Support sales team such as preparing documents, organizing documents for sorting and filing, processing and drafting documents, data entry duties, arrange courier of documents, maintenance and preparation documents required for sales.
Support company by keeping track and processing company's business documents for renewals before expiry. Handling incoming mails, verify bills and payments, ensure payments are made on time. Check staff's attendance time card.
Ensure office equipments are operationally ready, materials such as forms and stationeries are sufficient.
Ensure front office and workplace is well upkept and pleasant for everyone.
Liaise with service providers and contractors.
Perform any other ad-hoc responsibilities or duties assigned by supervisor and manager.
