Job Role and Functions
Provide comprehensive administrative support to all team members in the Materials Solution (CKV) Department.
Manage logistical arrangements, including meeting schedules, hotel, transportation, flight bookings, and golf bookings for team members.
Assist with claim submissions using Digiflow and GBS systems for travel, entertainment, and other claims.
Prepare and process invoices, debit notes, and courier invoices for relevant parties, including MC, MC group companies/branches, and vendors.
Handle purchasing and monitoring of monthly subscription data for chemical product import/export.
Manage and maintain Public Official (ARL) records for Form A.
Organize and maintain office documents in the database.
Coordinate departmental events and luncheons.
Provide high-level administrative support, including managing appointments and handling sensitive information for the Department Head.
Relevant Experience
:
At least 3 years of working experience in the corporate business environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience in data inputting on the SAP System (GBS) is preferred.
Experience in coordinating guest visits including accommodation, transport, meeting schedules, access passes and overall logistic.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,740.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
