Handle general office administrative work and documentation
Manage company page updates and online listings (e.g. property platforms)
Assist Manager in completing any assigned tasks within deadline
Prepare and compile reports.
Support team operations with accuracy and initiative.
Data entry & proper filing.
Requirements
Fresh grads / SPM leavers are encouraged to apply
Basic computer skills
: Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets
Basic to intermediate image editing skills
(e.g. Canva)
Fast learner

(Preferable) Able to start work immediately.
