JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATOR (CATEGORY) Full time (based in office) Salary: RM 2,500 - RM 3,500 per month (up to RM4,000) Responsibilities
Provide full administrative support to Category department
Compiling and filing duties (shipping document, regulatory document etc)
Processing and verifying of documents (claims, payments, invoices etc)
Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
Co-ordinate with relevant departments for incoming & outgoing shipments/ deliveries
Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; with minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skill & Positive working attitude
Highly organized and meticulous
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
