Job Description


Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, supporting key personnel, and ensuring smooth operations within the company. This role requires flexibility to assist with company events and occasional client-facing responsibilities.Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative duties including system data entry and documentation.
  • Coordinate with HQ Admin/HR Manager as necessary.
  • Assist in organizing company events, including arrangements on an ad hoc basis.
  • Support directors by preparing reports, presentation slides, and other assigned tasks.
  • Follow up with clients regarding documentation and payments.
  • Assist sales staff with system data entry and document follow-up.
  • Arrange appointments with suppliers, vendors, and customers as directed.
  • Manage office pantry supplies and orders.
  • Standby to assist with client registration during company events within Malaysia, as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks and events outside regular office hours.
  • Experience in handling client interactions and customer service is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia for company events as needed.
Education and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages beneficial.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position, with flexibility required for occasional evening or weekend events.
  • Office-based role with occasional travel within Malaysia.
