Basic IT knowledge: able to set up and troubleshoot printers, PCs, Wi-Fi, and other office equipment ( Is an advantage)
Capable of managing and coordinating ad-hoc projects through communication channels such as Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsible for accurate data entry, organization, and indexing in the company's system/database.
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and efficiency in handling large volumes of information.
Good command of English (written and spoken) with strong interpersonal skills.
