& Summary A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

As an Administrator in Practice Operations, you will:

Provide professional administrative support to deliver clients\xe2\x80\x99 requests in a timely and efficient manner

Can independently complete a variety of assigned tasks to meet set goals - tasks are performed under general supervision and/ or established guidelines.

Continuously apply knowledge and skills to execute tasks to the highest quality.

Adapt/ perform all tasks relevant to the current business needs, and when needed, will work in a team environment to complete tasks.

Backup for peers and perform their scope when needed, including the overall PM PO functions

Requirement

Degree in any field, preferably Business Administration or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent)

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Skills/ behaviours:

Excellent organisational skills

Can take initiative to resolve issues when they arise

Strong computer skills, incl. working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Suite and Internet.

Strong oral and written communication skills (English is mandatory).

Excellent time management \xe2\x80\x93 know how to prioritise to meet deadlines

Must be able to work as part of a team \xe2\x80\x93 with professional and helpful demeanor

Strong customer service skills

Strong multi-tasking skills are a must.

Vigilant in checking deliverables

Comfortable with doing recurring work
