Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for pricing Donaldson items, creating price lists, matching customers to relevant price lists, etc.
• Support Sales pricing inquires on all pricing related issues.
• Review and monitor quotation process to ensure quote procedure and approval hierarchy are followed.
• Provide support to the price analysts to ensure the further development of profitable activities in accordance with the company\'s operational policy.
• Advise sales personnel of price variations relating to their accounts that require corrective action to facilitate achieving margin objectives.
• Project owner for a price list clearance project.
• Assisting with data preparation for the annual price reviews and further follow-up of implementation in the system.
• Keep weekly/monthly reports up-to-date and perform small ad-hoc analyses.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s degree preferably in business administration, economics or equivalent.

Technical Competence & Skills:

• Ability to work independently.
• Strong in data management, demonstrating accuracy and an eye for detail.
• Fluent with MS Office (Excel) and extensive experience with administration in a CRM system such as (Oracle R12, CRM, SAP, Salesforce or similar).
• Experience in reporting tools such as Power BI or Oracle BI is a plus.
• You like to come up with recommendations, you are well organized and able to work independently.

Relevant Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative position.

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

• Good communication skills in English (written and oral). Other language skills are an advantage.
• Night shift (9pm \xe2\x80\x93 6am)
• On Site working
