To provide the necessary support in invoice processing and overall administration for Marketing Division.
To provide the necessary support in overall administration to all staff in Marketing Division inclusive of data entry.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
System Maintainance
To administer and update the database for every process made by the Airline Marketing Division for budget monitoring which include:
Payment.
Giveaways.
International Promotional Fund and Penang Airline Incentive Scheme payment.
Contract/Invoice
To process the Airline Marketing\'s invoices using SAP system for payment approval.
To collect, update, and monitor every agreement/contract between the Marketing Department and the vendor/supplier for payment and renewal upon expiration.
Administration
To provide telecommunication systems support for division and function as liason with HQ and vendors
To provide administration support to all executive staff: duty travel arrangements, photostating,faxing, binding, GL requests
To administer, monitor and control filing process for designated units
To provide the overall office maintenance and function as liaison with building maintenance office
To provide application systems,software,hardware,server room maintenance and support for division and function as liason with HQ and vendors
To monitor and control inventory of all IT equipment (capex,leasing) for Marketing Division
To provide administrative support to Senior Manager Marketing
To coordinate Marketing\'s meeting room utilisation for any internal/external meetings/functions
To coordinate, monitor and control all invitations and RSVPs for Marketing hosted functions and annual Airline Satisfaction Survey responses and report to respective Managers in charge.
Key Challenges
Acquiring the right personnel and proper processess to attend to IT related issues.
Handling of invoices between the Marketing and Finance may usually not use the same processes.

Skills
Experience in data entry and understanding airline terminologies is an added advantage.
Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate preferably in Microsoft Office and especially Microsoft Excel.
Team work, able to communicate with various levels of people, fast learner, positive attitude.
Education
SPM Certificate with:
Bahasa Malaysia - Credit
English - Pass
Mathematics - Pass
