POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Assist in landscape maintenance packages in accordance to job specification in order to achieve the original desired concept for KLIA, klia2 and other related areas to support MAAH's business activities and to provide general administration related task.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Assist the Executive on overall landscape maintenance packages awarded by other subsidiaries of MAHB by scheduling and executing of works in accordance to the programmes and company policy base on area assigned. Gather and prepare data, photos and record leading to compilation of monthly progress and work progress report. Monitor the performance and maintenance for all landscapes project undertake by MAAH. Monitor the landscape contractor's performance. Assist the Senior Manager to organize meeting, briefing or site visit with MAAH's landscape clients. Supervise directly indoor plants in KLIA and klia2 and other ad-hoc projects directed by the management from time to time. Provide operational support as and when instructed by the management relate to: + Workers' Quarters in cleanliness and building condition.

Skills

----------


Good technical knowledge on agriculture, landscape and other related activities. Knowledge in basic computer usage. Experience in plantation and landscape management would be an added advantage.

Education

SPM Certificate with: + Bahasa Malaysia - Credit
+ English - Pass
+ Mathematics - Pass
