POSITION GENERAL FUNCTIONS To assist Executive and Officer in all Operations task
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To conduct regular inspection of the airfield and apron facilities with regards to safety and security
• To initiate regular Runway Friction test
• To initiate procedure restriction or closure of runways, Taxiways and apron if circumstances necessitate it
• To monitor of wildlife hazard.
• Initiate standard procedures for emergencies and participate in regular training
• Investigate and report on any accident/incident or oil spillage and take action to ensure the safety of operation at all times.
• To provide safety and security cover to special VVIP (High Risk Personnel)
• Maintain and monitor to ensure no obstruction protrudes out from the Obstacle Clearance Zone

Key Challenges

• To monitor all activities and facilities in the airside area.
