POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY Provides HR administrative functions in the areas of employee services as well as updating and maintenance of HR records, specifically the Personnel Files. Essential Position Functions Processing all matters related to Employee Services i.e. employee movements such as hiring, resignation, transfer, promotion, upgrading, confirmation, extend contract, extend probation and etc. Key in data changes for salary movement, deductions, allowances, zakat, tabung haji, salary increment, bonus, etc. Collate information and documentation for Retirement MAHB & ex-DCA, compulsory and optional retirement, employee going for medical board. Update and maintain employees\' personal data in SAP and personnel files. Collate and key in leaves record. Directly provide assistance upon inquiries from employees. Other tasks as per directed from time to time. Key Challenges Ensure data being update data in SAP system is correct and accurate. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal, to employees of all level. Meticulous, detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently and willing to learn and take on added responsibilities. Knowledge in SAP-HR modules or any other HRIS. Able to work under pressure to meet datelines. Relevant Industries External Diploma with a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience CGPA 2.8 Education External Diploma preferably in Human Resource Additional Information Open for Malaysian citizens only.
