ESESNTIAL POSSITION FUNCTON
Ensure that the airside operations is complying to Regulations; sarps; Procedures and Directives from the Regulator.
Assume administrative and operational control in absence of the Head Of Operation & Airport Manager.
Conduct frequent surveillance on airport activities to identify any unsafe; inefficient or illegal activities.
To prepare reporting all complaints; and submit necessary reports as required by HQ.
To assist that the contract management of cleaning services; grass cutting and landscaping are monitored and supervised accordingly.
Ensure the competency of all personnel of Operations Unit.
To assist maintenance program to ensure that they comply with maintenance schedules and standards.
Promulgate information on aerodrome operational status such as temporary withdrawal of facilities; runway closure; work in progress; accident and incident and etc.
To assist Head Of Operation as technical operations advisor to the management in the formulation of policies; plans and procedures.
Attend meetings with government departments; airlines; aircraft operators; airport agencies and airport tenants to provide information on airport operations
To ensure that the services provided by third parties meet the standards set
As Secretary of Aerodrome Manual and meetings at airport i.e. Facilitation; passengers handling and coordination and Airside Safety Committee Meeting.
Assisting Head of Operation & Airport Manager during emergency situation
Assisting Head of Operation & Airport Manager in implementation of certification process i.e SMS; Aerodrome and QMS
To facilitate and coordinate the VIP/ VVIP/ CIP movement management
To prepare reporting management including monitoring of Operations Information System (OIS) and FLIRT.
To carry out directives given by Head Of Operation & Airport Manager.

Possess updated knowledge in the latest technology in airport facilities, world class maintenance management and project management

Diploma with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
