We are looking for a highly organised, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments
Coordinate tasks, reminders, and follow-ups
Handle WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls
Arrange meetings and liaise with clients and partners
Assist management with day-to-day business matters
Assist in social media management and content creation
Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
Manage daily office administration and documentation
Maintain records, reports, and files
Support office operations and coordination
Minimum Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or higher
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong organisational and communication skills
Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and work independently
Basic computer and social media skills
