Job Responsibilities
Prepare and manage company documents such as Quotation, Invoice, Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO) and other administrative files.
Update and maintain daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel.
Organise and manage filing systems, customer data, and company records.
Provide administrative support to the operations team and assist with coordination tasks.
Ensure all documents, records, and office systems are well-organised and up to date.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work within deadlines.
Positive attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in administrative work is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,200 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
