** Certificate: SPM or Diploma in any related field with pleasant personality ** Working experience : At least 1 year of working experience in the relevant field is required. ** Fresh grad encourage to apply. - Proper customer service to clients & guest upon arrival - Answer the phone in a timely manner & direct calls to the correct officers - Ensure office area are tidy & presentable, with all necessary stationery & materials - Able to do basic admin work, general & clerical support such as filing, photocopying, typing, mailing, scanning, filling & any other duties that may be required by the management from time to time. - Liase with auditors, secretary, insurance agent, banks and other statutory bodies/ authorities. - Apply/renew local authorities licenses (MPSJ/PKK/CIDB/TNB license) - Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Order form office supplies and keep inventory in stock - Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the supervisor or management.
