Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks related to F&B operations
Prepare and maintain documents such as purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and reports
Coordinate with kitchen, operations, suppliers, and vendors on documentation and scheduling
Maintain records for inventory, stock usage, and raw materials
Assist in basic HR administration such as attendance records, leave tracking, and staff documentation
Support compliance documentation (SOPs, hygiene, food safety, audit records)
Manage filing systems and ensure proper documentation control
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
