Responsibilities: 1. International and local student marketing.
To recruit students for the school (Malaya International Primary School) and ensure the student numbers are met as per the target set;
To consult and provide advice, guidance, and information for admissions/enrollment requirements to prospective, current, and existing parents/students on courses offered by the School & other admission-related work;
To maintain a good understanding of best practices and promotional trends;
To manage and follow up on inquiries that are responded to promptly and professionally;
To handle all relevant documentation on student applications and admissions for both visa and student applications;
To actively identify, acquire, and develop new sales opportunities;
To maintain consistent contact with prospective and existing students throughout the enrolment process and, achieve defined admission objectives;
To Participate and strategies on student recruitment during Marketing events;
To participate in sales and marketing events such as education fairs, workshops, school fairs, and, other marketing or promotional events;
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
2. Marketing Department (Support Role)
Provide general PR and Marketing ideas to the School Management;
Liaise with feeder schools, toddler groups, nurseries, local estate agents and developers, etc. to maximize pupil recruitment;
Market research as and when required;
Photography and videography as required;
Assist and coordinate marketing and school events;
Honest and committed to work;
High Responsibility, Integrity, and willingness to go the extra mile for student growth.
Requirements:
A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism;
Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing;
Highly organized and detail-oriented;
Respect for people and ideas.
