As a Admissions Assessment Advisor, this is what you\'ll be doing: As an Admissions Assessment Officer (AAO) at QS, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing applications for the academic (English and course) entry requirements. This includes recommendation for entry into the university and subsequent follow-up with students and agents. The AAO will verify and assess student applications as part of the overall admissions process on behalf of our university partners. The role will involve providing a quality customer focused service whilst liaising with students, agents, and university clients when pre-determining eligibility based on entry requirements provided by the university. Role responsibilities: To process and assess student applications in accordance with the client\'s admissions policies and guidelines Ensure that application assessment service is delivered in line with client protocols Verifying and checking applicant information and documents including English language results, academic certificates and transcripts, documents on personal information and any other requirements as outline by the client Ensure that student and agent enquiries are answered and assisted promptly and effectively Ensure data integrity is always maintained Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) standards are met Ensure timey turnaround is maintained for all applications according to agreed KPIs Ensure client communication is positive, constructive, and professional Key skills and experience: Attention to detail and accuracy is a must Previous experience in University International admissions is preferred A good level of understanding international qualifications for entry into UK or Australian universities is preferred Ability to organize work activities according to priorities and meeting agreed deadlines A strong team player, with the ability to also work independently Ability to provide effective analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills A good basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is essential - with experience of management systems such as E-Vision or StudyLink preferred We take investing in our people very seriously.
