We are looking for a results-driven

Ads Manager

to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to generate leads and drive sales growth.

You should be highly analytical, creative, and up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, platform policies, algorithms, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Set up and manage pixels, tracking, and conversion events (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, TikTok Pixel). Optimize ads based on performance data (CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions, leads, sales). Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights. Monitor and ensure compliance with platform policies, social media rules, and advertising guidelines. Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals. Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and advertising strategies.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields (preferred). Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and digital marketing tools. Understanding of pixels, conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation. Familiar with social media advertising rules, policies, and algorithm changes. Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data. Excellent communication and time management skills.

Work Experience Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Demonstrated ability to generate clear results such as leads, sales, or measurable ROI. Experience in managing advertising budgets and optimizing performance. Portfolio, case studies, or performance reports (leads, sales, ROAS, CPL) will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
