We\xe2\x80\x99re building something special and disrupting a stale sector by bringing our unique technology to the travel industry for the first time ever. Navigator is a global audience agency which accesses the 1st party data of the biggest airlines and travel booking sites globally. As we grow and learn, we are looking to add some experience and leadership to our Technical team to ensure our clients are onboarded as efficiently and as accurately as possible. We are part of a wider legacy business which has been around for 27 years and have offices in London, New York, Miami, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. We are on a mission: We have identified a big problem in the travel industry \xe2\x80\x93 the inability for brands and agencies to know where their customer is, and digitally market to them at the exact moment they would likely purchase their product/service. By having access to a huge amount of 1st travel party data in across the world, we are able to build highly targeted audiences and allow brands to reach their potential customers across Meta, Google and TikTok. We are on a mission to grow and realise the potential of this business and as we scale the volume of clients, we need to ensure that they are onboarded onto our platform as best as we can. We are also a team who collaborate, innovate, make quick decisions, and are unconventional in our thinking. The role: Navigator is looking to hire a full time Adtech Specialist who will be responsible for managing the trafficking, delivery and influencing decisions with data driven recommendations of our digital ad campaigns. You will collaboratively with the Navigator team to strategize and facilitate the execution of campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to design and oversee the implementation of marketing technology solutions that align with the strategic vision of our clients and the agency. The successful candidate will need to be highly detail oriented, have a desire for constant improvement and providing innovations crafting new scalable efficient solutions to enhance the accuracy of tracking and attribution.   • Experience in a similar role, working under an agency, supporting Adtech solutions globally with a proven track record.
  • Someone who is great at problem solving and will proactively come up with solutions and changes that need to be made.
  • Someone to work operationally, cross communicating status of campaigns and any technical issues to clients or to the wider business.
  • Support with the implementation and testing of Adtech solutions and ensure accuracy of those solutions.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills to educate members within the business and minimise onboarding timelines.
  • Someone who is able to identifies opportunities to increase efficiencies in the processes and models at scale.
  • Someone who is self-sufficient in many respects but also enjoys being part of a wider team.
  • Someone who is numerically, or data driven.
Your experience:
  • 1-3Years industry, analyst, and job-related experience.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a STEM related subject such as: Mathematics, Computer Science Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related area.
  • Knowledge of the changing marketing technology landscape. In particular with cookieless solutions such as server-side tagging and cAPI.
  • Proven desire to learn and upskill yourself, a curiosity mindset with the desire to grow. Proven ability to collaborate not only with your immediate team but also with other internal teams that depend on your insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Has attention to detail and is excelled with problem solving and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities, work with remote (Miami and Singapore) offices.
  • Preferably experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, HTML web analytics tracking and third-party ad servers.
  • Preferably experience with Facebook, Google Ad tech and Tiktok DSP stack.
