Advance Pfmea Engineer Petaling Jaya
Job Description
The Advance PFMEA Engineer is directly responsible to the Head of Zero Defects or Deputy as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Master's Degree will be added advantage
Lean Six-sigma Green Belt (certification and practice) or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of working experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing
Experience working in an aviation MRO (Maintenance Repair Overhaul) is an added advantage
Experience in Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) and Control Plans establishment and implementation
Project Management experience
Leadership skills and experience who is able to lead and coordinate change in the process
Good observer and analyzer who is able to relate and identify gaps in processes against approved data
Strong interpersonal skills who is able to work well with all levels of employees
Strong communications skill, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
