Responsible to manage advance quality initiatives covering new developed product and product transfer from entities.
He/she shall work closely with the Product Development team to develop and maintain a Quality Plan in-order to manage and mitigate project risk to ensure a Flawless Product Launch that meets customers Cost, Quality, Delivery requirements.

What You Will Do
Lead advance quality planning & initiatives plant wide.
Review and ensure completion of APQP task in each phase of product development.
Prepare AQP monthly report includes new project progress and quality performance (KPI).
To create and manage database for AQP documentation, quality status and new project tracking.
To perform data analysis on test results and measurement results
Provide inspection guidance for new develop products and master samples.
To prepare gauges for measurement and inspection for new develop product qualification.
Facilitate front-end product / tool / assembly design or process reviews, design & process FMEA reviews
Prepare and manage quality documents include Inspection Plan, Process FMEA, Control Plan, Visual Aids, PPAP, Safe launch and other reports assigned by the manager.
Organize first shipment judgment meeting prior to prototype samples shipment to customer. This includes report preparation, coordinate the meeting and get team approval.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Minimum 1 year experience in AQP, Quality Engineering or related engineering field.
Have basic knowledge of Quality control tools and Product Development Process
Preferred to have working experience in Quality control field or New Product Development field.
What Will Put You Ahead
Knowledge of statistics - experience using Minitab or other statistical software
Competent in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Experience with SAP or similar database system.
Good English communication skill. Strong organizational skill to anticipate, plan, organize and self-monitor workload
Good interpersonal skills for effective leadership and team facilitation
Solid Knowledge & understanding of metrology and GD&T
Other foreign language such as Chinese/Japanese
Working knowledge of electronic assembly, testing, molding, stamping, plating and assembly processes
Quality System (ISO 9001 or TS 16949) and Supplier Auditing experience, Gage and Fixture design
