• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Print Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of print design projects.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in creating printed materials such as POSM, packaging, acrylic, PVC rigid foamboard, and PVC board.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design software and techniques.
• Familiarity with color calibration and technical printing standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.

Tanggungjawab

• Collaborate with the creative team to define design briefs and project requirements.
• Conduct research on design concepts, reference materials, and industry trends.
• Develop and present design mockups for feedback and revisions.
• Incorporate feedback to finalize print-ready designs.
• Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy in copy, layout, and dimensions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and printed materials.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and printing standards.
