About the Role

H2 Sunergy is developing a cloud-based customer engagement app inspired by BonusLink to encourage solar participation, energy tracking, and reward redemption. We are looking for a Advertising & Marketing Manager who can lead branding, advertising, and user acquisition for this high-impact sustainability platform. This person will build strategy, oversee campaigns, and manage external agencies to ensure strong app adoption and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and advertising strategy for the app launch and growth Lead digital marketing, brand storytelling, and PR efforts to promote H2 Sunergy's solar mission Manage collaboration between app developers, creative agencies, and reward partners Identify customer insights and design data-driven marketing campaigns to increase engagement Oversee the design of advertising materials and ensure brand consistency across all platforms Monitor and analyze campaign performance; adjust strategies for maximum ROI Prepare marketing budgets and reports for management review Build partnerships with local brands, communities, and influencers
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or brand strategy (preferably in tech, energy, or sustainability) Strong background in digital performance marketing, customer loyalty, and community engagement Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills Proficient with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and automation platforms Creative, analytical, and passionate about sustainability and innovation Language (English, Mandarin and Malay)
