Junior Recruitment Consultant Candidate HolderSalary Range: RM2,300 to RM3,000Location: Eko Botani, JohorResponsibilities- Build relationships with candidates, have countless conversations with candidates on a daily basis interviewing, making follow up calls, discussing position details and skill requirements, match the job to the right candidates, presenting candidates to clients, conducting background verification checks.- Create and post job advertisements Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media.- Assess applications and resumes Screen applicants before the interviewing process.- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques.- Having to juggle multiple tasks at once and priorities them is all in a days work.- To understand client requirementsRequirements and Skills:- No experience is welcome; provide training.- Positive mindset and attitude.- Mandarin Speaker added advantage.- Good in Sales/Customer service skills.
