Job Description

Your role as a branch manager is to oversee the clinic\'s daily operation, sales, staff and customer-handling

• Manage & oversee day-to-day branch operation.
• Ensure all staffs and activities are in compliance with company\'s policy and procedures
• Ensure high level of service standard and quality to achieve positive customer\'s experiences consistently
• Recommend and promote appropriate treatment/services and periodic special deals to customer
• Build and maintain long term relationship with customers
• Drive sales to achieve target
• Work alongside Marketing team on events to generate publicity and sales
• Help with staff training
• Managing the clinic\'s facilities, billing system, and inventory.
• Monitor, improve and document systems and processes to improve clinic\'s effectiveness and to enhance the quality of patient care continuously.
• Perform administrative duties that are vital to clinic operations, including preparing documents and reports for management reviews.
• Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure all equipment needs are adequately met.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
• Working Location: Puchong
• Working Hours: 10am-6.30pm, Tuesday to Sunday, off on Mondays and Public Holidays

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager in an aesthetic/wellness/beauty salon or clinical setting
• Sales-oriented and customer focus
• Passionate in aesthetic field
• Good knowledge of aesthetic and/or beauty treatments
• Candidates with experience leading and training a team will be an advantage
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Willing to work retail hours
