Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments (e.g., facials, laser, chemical peels, skin boosters, body contouring, etc.).
Conduct professional consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments.
Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to ensure optimal results.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and client confidentiality.
Assist doctors with advanced aesthetic procedures when required.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge, products, and treatment techniques.
Manage treatment rooms, equipment, and stock to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support clinic promotions and educate clients on skincare products and aftercare routines.
Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
Minimum [X] years of working experience in aesthetic / beauty industry preferred.
Skilled in aesthetic treatments such as facials, lasers, peels, and other non-invasive procedures.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a team-player mindset.
Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.
[Optional: Ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage.]
