Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Consultation & Assessment

Conduct in-depth consultations to understand patients' aesthetic goals and medical history. Provide professional advice and set realistic expectations.

2. Performing Aesthetic Procedures

Safely perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures (minimum 10 types), including but not limited to: Botox and Filler injections Laser treatments (e.g., pigment, hair removal, resurfacing) Skin boosters / Profhilo / PRP Chemical peels Thread lifting Body contouring (e.g., HIFU, RF) Microneedling / Dermapen Acne & scar treatments IV drips / Skin lightening Anti-aging treatments (mesotherapy, etc.)

3. Treatment Planning & Follow-up

Design personalized treatment plans. Monitor progress, conduct follow-up reviews, and provide aftercare instructions.

4. Compliance & Clinical Standards

Ensure all treatments are compliant with MOH guidelines and LCP regulations. Maintain accurate medical records and consent forms. Uphold patient safety, hygiene, and confidentiality at all times.

5. Team Collaboration & Training

Work closely with therapists and staff to ensure seamless patient care. Train and supervise junior team members or therapists (if required).

6. Client Relationship & Service Excellence

Build rapport and trust with patients to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Handle patient feedback professionally.

Requirements:

LCP Certified

Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) Minimum 3 years' experience in aesthetic practice Proficient in at least 10 aesthetic procedures Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills Passion for aesthetic medicine and ongoing learning Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
