Position:

Affiliate & Corporate Partnership Officer

Location:

Menara Summit, USJ (Main Office)
(Optional workspace: SetiaWalk Puchong or Bangsar South branch - upon request)

Working Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Office)
Friday-Saturday: Work from Anywhere (Hybrid Flex)

As the

Affiliate & Partnership Officer

, you'll help Skytravel2u grow its brand through networks, collaborations, and partnerships -- working closely with influencers, corporate clients, and affiliate agents. You'll also coordinate partner campaigns and track performance to drive measurable sales results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain partnerships with travel affiliates, introducers, influencers, and corporate clients. Onboard and train new affiliate agents with Skytravel2u's package information, pricing, and SOPs. Create simple media kits and collaboration proposals for potential partners. Track and update affiliate performance, sales contributions, and commission records. Plan and execute small joint campaigns with marketing partners. Support the Sales & Marketing Officer in cross-promotional content or affiliate-driven campaigns. Build long-term relationships with partners and ensure win-win collaborations.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable engaging with influencers, corporate clients, and agents. Strong coordination, reporting, and follow-up discipline. Energetic, self-motivated, and confident working independently.

Salary:

RM2,000/month (EPF + SOCSO + EIS)
