Affiliate Executive

who understands the power of digital platforms like

TikTok

and

Shopee

to grow sales and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, screen, and onboard new affiliates. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.

Motivate and retain affiliates

through communication, incentive programs, and engagement activities.

Organise and conduct weekly engagement / training classes

to educate and inspire affiliates. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies on

TikTok

and

Shopee

to drive traffic and conversion. Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and affiliate activities. Monitor affiliate performance (sales, clicks, conversion rates) and prepare reports. Suggest and implement strategies to optimise affiliate ROI. Ensure all affiliate content complies with company SOPs, branding, and legal guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, finance) for campaign execution. Handle affiliate queries, disputes, and payment matters professionally. Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, especially

TikTok Shop

and

Shopee Affiliate

developments.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 1 year experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or sales.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in TikTok marketing and Shopee affiliate strategies.

Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to inspire and lead. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and optimise performance data. Organized, proactive, and confident in conducting training sessions. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and influencer/affiliate platforms.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
