We are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate & Influencer Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing content creators, affiliates, and KOLs/influencers for collaborations and paid reviews. This role also requires planning daily engagement activities, coordinating content requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit potential affiliates, content creators, and influencers (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and influencers Manage communication and provide daily/weekly materials, guidelines, or updates to them Plan and monitor campaign activities with affiliates and influencers Track performance, provide feedback, and suggest improvements Coordinate paid reviews and ensure deliverables are met Act as the main point of contact between the brand and collaborators

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple collaborators Knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) Creative and proactive in planning content activities Based in Bangi, Selangor (able to work from office) Can start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,031.82 - RM3,919.79 per month
